Epinephrine hates hot cars.
Epinephrine is meant to live at room temperature, and summer dashboards, beach bags and rink-side benches are not room temperature. The Temp-Alert Disc logs the temperature right beside the medication and alerts your phone when a reading leaves the range you set.

Does any of this include the medication?
The accessories do not, but neffy and EpiPen are sold right here: both are behind-the-counter medications, dispensed and shipped by our licensed Canadian pharmacy partner with a pharmacist reviewing every order. Third-party coverage may be available through our partner pharmacy; contact us to inquire.
Is there a subscription?
No. Registering your card and the alerts are free: your live profile, contact alerts with the helper's location and documented tap history come with the card. The manufacturer's use instructions and the Call 911 button work on every card, registered or not.
Does the helper need an app?
No. Any modern phone opens the emergency page with a tap, the same tap used for contactless payments. No app, no login, no camera.
Who receives the alerts?
Up to two emergency contacts you choose. You send each one an invite, and they turn alerts on themselves by texting JOIN from their phone. We never text anyone who hasn't opted in, and they can text STOP at any time.
Is ResQBand a medical device?
No. It is a carrying accessory and emergency-information service. It does not diagnose, treat or administer anything, and it never replaces calling 911.
