ResQBand is a carrying accessory and emergency-information card, not a medical device. It does not contain, administer or replace any medication and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

A tapped card's page links to the manufacturer's own instructions for the epinephrine the owner registered (the neffy nasal spray or an EpiPen auto-injector) and lists general signs of a severe allergic reaction. The street address shown under Call 911 is the nearest address to the helper's phone location, looked up by a mapping service, and can be approximate. Always follow the instructions printed on the medication and the advice of a healthcare professional. In any emergency, call 911.

ResQBand alerts depend on the accuracy of the information the card owner enters, on the helper's phone and on mobile networks and messaging carriers that Western Allergy Services Ltd. does not control. Text alerts may be delayed or fail to deliver. They are not a monitoring or dispatch service and should never be relied on as the only way to summon help.

The Call 911 button and the links to the manufacturer's instructions are on every card's page, registered or not.
