The instructions shown on a tapped card are general guidance for recognising anaphylaxis and using epinephrine nasal spray, based on the manufacturer's use instructions. Always follow the instructions printed on the medication and the advice of a healthcare professional. In any emergency, call 911.

The ResQBand Tap service depends on the accuracy of the information the card owner enters, on the helper's phone and on mobile networks and messaging carriers that Western Allergy Services Ltd. does not control. Text alerts may be delayed or fail to deliver. The service is not a monitoring or dispatch service and should never be relied on as the only way to summon help.
