Shipping in Canada

Every order ships free, by Canada Post from St. John's, Newfoundland. Delivery takes 2 to 10 business days once an order ships, depending on where you are; items with a battery travel by ground. Items in stock ship within two business days. We'll email you as soon as your order ships, with tracking for parcels.

What ships when

• Tap Cards, Epi Tracker, Wrist Band and Thermal Pack: In stock, ships now.
• Temp-Alert Disc: Pre-order, ships in November 2026.
• neffy and EpiPen: Pre-order, ships in November 2026, from our pharmacy partner (within Canada only).

Pre-orders. A pre-order ships in November 2026. Payment is processed when you place your order, and if the date changes, we'll let you know by email in advance.

Shipping to the United States

US orders are priced in US dollars and ship by Canada Post Tracked Packet from St. John's, Newfoundland: US$9.99 an order, about 4 to 10 business days once it ships, with tracking. Medication (neffy, EpiPen) ships within Canada only.

US duty. Since August 29, 2025 every parcel into the US pays duty, however small, and Canada Post requires it to be paid before the parcel leaves Canada. So checkout adds the estimated duty for your items (it depends on where each is made) plus the customs processing fees, and we pay it for you when we ship: there's nothing to pay on delivery. If US Customs charges a little more or less than the estimate, we cover the difference. We don't collect US sales tax.

Payment. Our card processor charges in Canadian dollars. Checkout shows the exact amount in Canadian dollars before you pay; your card converts it, and some cards add a foreign transaction fee.

Returns

This is the same policy as section 6 of our Terms of Use.

• Accessories: return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price if they're unused, complete and in their original condition. An opened package is fine as long as the item is unused.
• Registered Tap Cards: can be returned within the same 30 days. The card is deactivated when we refund it.
• Wrong or defective items: tell us and we cover the return postage, then replace the item or refund it in full.
• Postage and duty: otherwise, return postage is yours, and the original shipping and any US duty we prepaid aren't refunded.
• Medication: can't be returned once dispensed. If it arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund with the pharmacy.

To start a return, email info@westernallergy.com with your order number and we'll send the return address.

Medication: neffy and EpiPen

Clearpoint Pharmacy, our licensed Canadian pharmacy partner, dispenses and ships neffy and EpiPen within Canada, after a pharmacist reviews each order. Bought through the cart (the neffy 2-pack or the EpiPen 0.3 mg 2-pack), medication is paid at checkout, and if the pharmacist can't dispense it, it's refunded in full. To have a drug plan billed, or for EpiPen Jr, send a pharmacy request: the pharmacist confirms the price first and you pay by a secure link.
