Canada Post, 2 to 5 business days. $6.99 flat, free on orders over $75.00. Orders ship within two business days from Victoria, BC, and we email tracking.

Returns

Unopened ResQBand accessories can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Cards that have been registered, and any opened medication, cannot be returned. Email info@westernallergy.com with your order number to start a return.

neffy®

neffy® is dispensed by Clearpoint Pharmacy after prescription review and ships under the pharmacy's cold-chain and handling requirements. Medications cannot be returned once dispensed.
