Safety & Liability Notice

Effective September 26, 2026. You agree to this notice and the ResQBand Terms of Use when you tick the box at checkout or when you register a card, and by using a ResQBand product or service.

Emergency Use Warning

At the first sign of a severe allergic reaction, use your epinephrine right away as your healthcare provider directed and call 911. Do not delay treatment to find, tap or set up any ResQBand product. ResQBand alerts, tracking and temperature features can fail, so never rely on them as your only safeguard. Always carry your prescribed epinephrine, check its expiry date and store it as its label directs.

Important Safety & Liability Notice

ResQBand products, software, alerts, tracking features and related services are intended to assist users in carrying, locating and accessing emergency medication and information. They are not a substitute for prescribed medication, professional medical advice, emergency medical services or calling 911.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their prescribed emergency medication is present, accessible, properly stored, within its expiry date and used according to the instructions of their healthcare provider and the medication manufacturer.

ResQBand does not guarantee that tracking, alerts, temperature monitoring, NFC/tap functions, mobile applications, wireless communications or other electronic features will operate at all times. Batteries, mobile devices, internet or cellular service, third-party systems and other factors may affect their operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ResQBand and its owners, affiliates, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, delay, damage or other consequence arising from the use, misuse, failure, malfunction or reliance upon any ResQBand product or service, including claims arising from negligence, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

By purchasing, activating or using a ResQBand product or service, the user acknowledges these limitations, assumes responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of the product and emergency medication, and agrees to the ResQBand Terms of Use.
