The black ResQBand Tap Card is made for neffy: it says spray into nose and call 911, so even a helper without a phone knows what to do. It rides in the ResQBand Wrist Band window beside your neffy, or in a wallet, a phone case or the Thermal Pack sleeve. Any phone that taps the card opens your emergency page: who you are, where your neffy is, the manufacturer's use instructions, a one-tap 911 button, and an alert that texts your emergency contacts with the helper's location. No app to install. It works even if your own phone is dead, and every tap is documented for you or your organization's records. Carrying an EpiPen instead? The red Tap Card says “Use immediately”.

Black or red card?
The black card is printed “Spray into nose”, so it's for neffy. The red card says “Use immediately” and suits an EpiPen or any other epinephrine. Both open the same emergency page, and when you register the card you choose your medication, so the page shows the right steps.
Does it include the medication?
No. The Tap Card is a carrying accessory and emergency-information card. neffy is sold separately and dispensed by our pharmacy partner.
What if the helper doesn't have a phone?
The card itself says what to do: severe allergy, epinephrine inside, spray into nose, call 911. The digital layer is a bonus, not a requirement.
Is it a medical device?

Go to getresqband.com/activate with the code from the insert. Choose neffy and the black card, then add your name, where the neffy lives, up to two contacts and the expiry date.
