Register your card, add two emergency contacts, and start the service. Cancel whenever you like.
What's included
- Your name, where your epinephrine is, and a short medical note on the card's emergency page.
- An "I'm helping, alert their contacts" button that texts two emergency contacts with the helper's exact location.
- Tap history, documented for you or your organization's records.
What's always free
Every card, subscribed or not, opens a page with the manufacturer's use instructions for epinephrine nasal spray and a Call 911 button. We will not put safety behind a paywall.
Billing
$0.99 is charged when you start the service and then monthly on the same date through Moneris Recurring Billing. Your card details are held by Moneris, not by us. To cancel, email info@westernallergy.com from the address on the subscription; the service continues to the end of the paid month.
Cancellation, failed payments and price changes
Cancel any time by emailing info@westernallergy.com from the address on the registration; the service runs to the end of the paid month and then stops, with no partial-month refunds. If a monthly charge fails we retry and email you, and the live profile pauses until payment succeeds. Prices only change with at least 30 days notice by email. The manufacturer's use instructions and the Call 911 button stay on every card whether or not a subscription is active.
