How it is used

Take it out
Remove one neffy from its case. Each device is one spray, one dose.

Hold it right
Thumb on the plunger, first and middle fingers either side of the nozzle. Do not test spray; it only fires once.

Insert
Place the nozzle fully into one nostril until your fingers touch the nose.

Press
Press the plunger firmly all the way up. The dose is delivered even if it does not feel like much.

Call 911
Say "anaphylaxis" and that epinephrine was given. Stay with the person; lying flat with legs raised is usually best.

Watch the clock
No improvement, or symptoms return after 5 minutes? Give a second dose with a new neffy in the same nostril.
