Yes, it can really be done! An egg-free and dairy-free frittata is possible! Thanks to some smart substitutions this brunch staple is now allergy-friendly. Plus, it’s still got a cheesy flavor thanks to nutritional yeast, and it doesn’t have any nuts either.
