In any emergency, call 911 immediately. ResQBand and the ResQBand app are not a substitute for emergency medical services or professional medical advice.

Always follow the instructions printed on your medication. Storage, dosing, and administration are governed by the manufacturer's instructions for use, not by us.

For epinephrine: a second dose may be needed and emergency evaluation is required even if symptoms improve, because reactions can return. For naloxone: effects can wear off and an overdose can return — stay with the person and keep them under observation until help arrives.

The optional Connect tag and any alert feature notify the contacts you choose. They do not contact 911 or emergency services and delivery is not guaranteed.
