When every second counts
Six pieces that work as one. A Tap Card that speaks for you in an emergency, a tracker that will not let the epinephrine be forgotten, a temperature watch, and the carry gear built around them.
Product film01 · Tap Card

A one-minute film with on-screen text and no sound. One: one tap on the ResQBand Tap Card opens an emergency page on most phones, with no app and no login, in the helper's language (English, French, Spanish, Chinese or Punjabi). The card comes in red or black, printed for an auto-injector or a nasal spray. Two: when the helper presses the alert button, your contacts who opted in are alerted: the text they get says someone tapped your emergency card and may be helping you, with the helper's location, and a phone call follows if they chose one; alerts are free, with no subscription. Three: the Forget-Me-Not Epi Tracker can ping your phone when you walk away without your epinephrine, on iPhone or Android phones that support left-behind alerts. Four: the Temp-Alert Disc warns your phone when a parked car climbs from 22 to 41 degrees. Five: no app for the helper, and a free one for you: your card and contacts, expiry reminders, temperature readings and food recall alerts, on the web, iPhone and Android. Six: six pieces, one system, listed beside a photo of the kit: Tap Card, Epi Tracker, Temp-Alert Disc, Wrist Band, Thermal Pack and the free app.

01 · ResQBand Tap Card
For the helper: no app · No login · Most phones
A phone that taps the card opens the emergency page (most can: an iPhone XS or newer, or Android with NFC on): the manufacturer's use instructions first, then a pinned Call 911 button, who you are and where the epinephrine is. It works even if your own phone is dead, and every tap is documented.

02 · Family alert
with one more tap from the helper.
When the person helping presses the alert button on the emergency page, up to two contacts get a text with the helper's map location. Each contact turns alerts on themselves by texting JOIN, and can text STOP at any time. Contacts who want a phone call as well can turn that on too.
Free with every card · Up to 2 contacts
Western Allergy ResQBand alert: someone tapped Maya Carter's emergency card and may be helping them now. Note: Peanut allergy. Location: https://maps.google.com/?q=48.43,-123.36 Call them or 911. Reply STOP to opt out.
03 · Forget-Me-Not Epi Tracker
iPhone or Android · Left-behind alerts on phone
The Forget-Me-Not Epi Tracker can ping your phone when you walk away without it, on phones that support left-behind alerts. Family and friends can be allowed to check if your epinephrine is with you.
04 · Temp-Alert Disc
Epinephrine is meant to live at room temperature, and summer dashboards, beach bags and rink-side benches are not room temperature. The Temp-Alert Disc logs the temperature right beside the medication and alerts your phone when a reading leaves the range you set.
Thermal Pack, $34.95$24.99. Foil-lined insulation slows heat and cold, with room for two EpiPens or a neffy 2-pack beside the disc.Illustration. Set the alert range to the storage range printed on your medication's label. The ResQBand app alerts you while it's open on a phone within range of the disc.
05 · The free ResQBand app
Whoever taps your card gets your emergency page in their phone's browser, with nothing to install and no login. The ResQBand app is your side of it: where you keep the card current, see every tap, and get your reminders and recall alerts. It comes free with every card.
To put it on your home screen: on an iPhone, open it in Safari and tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open Chrome's menu and tap Add to Home screen.

What's in the app
Your card
Your medication
Your food
The person helping never needs the app or an account: your card's page opens on most phones with a tap, even if your own phone is dead.
06 · The system
Everything anaphylaxis preparedness needs, working together: a card that speaks for you, a tracker and a temperature watch that look after the medication, and the carry gear built around them.

No. Registering your card, the alerts and the ResQBand app are free: your live profile, contact alerts with the helper's location and documented tap history come with the card. The manufacturer's use instructions and the Call 911 button work on every card, registered or not.
No. Most phones open the emergency page with a tap, the same tap used for contactless payments: an iPhone XS or newer, or an Android phone with NFC turned on. No app, no login, no camera.
Yes, for you, never for the helper. It's free: open getresqband.com/account on your phone and add it to your home screen, and it opens like an app, and the iPhone and Android versions also listen to the Temp-Alert Disc. Food recalls and the ingredient check work straight away, with no account. Sign in with a code we email you (no password) and it also scans labels with your camera and keeps your card's profile and contacts up to date, with your tap history, expiry reminders, recall emails for your allergies, spare and lost cards and a share link for the school nurse.
Up to two emergency contacts you choose. You send each one an invite, and they turn alerts on themselves by texting JOIN from their phone. We never text anyone who hasn't opted in, and they can text STOP at any time.
